Our Policies
Service. We will fill orders promptly, package them securely, and ship via rapid delivery systems. We will be available to answer your questions about your order or anything to do with our products or fly fishing. If we can’t answer immediately we’ll return your call at a time when it’s convenient for you. Any problem with our products or delivery will be addressed to your satisfaction.
Quality. All of our products are individually inspected prior to shipment. We only stock products that we have used ourselves.
Value. We carry the best products available that are reasonably priced. We avoid suppliers whose primary product is image. You will never be disappointed with the utility of our products and we will not gold plate them to improve our margin.
